iyzico ile ödediğime pişman oldum
MAC Elca kozmetik siparişimi iyzico uygulama ile ödedim ama firmayı aradığımda böyle bir siparişim olmadığını iyzicodan kaynaklı teknik problem olduğunu söylediler. Sonuç olarak hem siparişim iptal oldu hem de özel gün indirimimi ve hediye ürünlerimi kaybettim. Bir daha da kullanmam tavsiye de etmiyorum, iyzico müşteri hattında mağduriyetiniz için sizin uğraşmanızı söylüyorlar.
Başarısız bir uygulama
Application üzerinden ne zaman ödeme yapsam, param karttan çekiliyor ancak alışveriş sitesinde sipariş oluşmuyor. Aylardır düzeltilmedi.
Kimlik doğrulaması
Kimlik doğrulaması kısmı farklı zamanlarda farklı telefonlarda aynı hatayı verdi nfc ve yüz doğrulamasından sonra takılı kalıyor. QA yok mu sizde ?
