لم يُذكر في إعلان الخدمة أو وصف التطبيق أنه محصور لمن ليس لديهم حساب في مصرف الإنماء. حمّلته للاستفادة من أحد عروضهم، وتمقلبت بأغرب تجربة استخدام تطبيق في حياتي. وهذا ردهم علي بعدما راسلتهم على تويتر '‏أهلاً 🧡 إذا كنت عميل لمصرف الإنماء ماتقدر تصدر بطاقة عز نعتذر لك 🙏'
