Probably one of the worst apps on my iPhone. Always crashes, so many bugs, constantly need to close and reopen for it to connect to network. You can see from all the 1 star review that this is an ongoing issue. You guys seriously need to fix this app if you want your clients to be happy.

App does not work on local connection only if out or mobile data

The old app was better - faster, more intuitive, and matched the central home console/hub. The guys in the iZone UX team should be fired. Suggestion: Keep it simple and get user feedback for the next version.

Can’t add scenes/favourite. Want to set scheduled times for the air con to start each day but this isn’t possibly due to the clunky app that doesn’t work as it should. Also won’t allow sleep timer. Hopeless!!

Keeps crashing. Fix bugs.

Since the upgrade it is running really slow. A lot less user friendly. NEED TO SWITCH BACK TO HOW IT WAS

How about putting a big on off button in the middle instead of hiding it up the top where when you press on it it takes you to something else if you don’t press it exactly.

App is slow, unresponsive and when it does decide to work, offers limited options and doesn’t save the ones that do work. Would be great to schedule the ducted system to turn on and off in certain rooms at certain times… doesn’t work. Terrible and don’t recommend.

As usual when people get the urge to fix things that aren’t broken they just make it more complicated than it has to be. Please bring back the option of the old iZone app where it reflected the screen on the controller. The on/off and air conditioner buttons are way too small for those of us that don’t have perfect vision and you need a degree in IT to find the timer setting. In the middle of the night when I just want to turn the air conditioner on I want clear and simple

If you remove the obviously fake 5* reviews this must also may be the worst rated app ever and for good reason. More bugs than the Amazon, constantly not working in various ways and I spent countless hours dealing with support, culture of denial is rife. The buttons work / don’t work randomly, you never know when they actually work or not till way after. Tonight I upgraded and the app, stopped working altogether. I have lost faith they will ever fix it. How can a development team get it so wrong and for soo long too, I had this app 3 years now, have heard 5 times now, the new uk grade will fix, what lies.
