Jacoti ListenApp® is a standalone software that provides functions similar to those of a digital hearing aid: it enhances sound to compensate for your individual hearing difficulties.
It can be configured by taking a test with Jacoti Hearing Center, Jacoti's Hearing Test application, or by manually entering a recent audiogram.
Jacoti ListenApp complies with the CE requirements for medical devices (CE 2797) in Europe.
Jacoti ListenApp processes the sound around you and helps you to cope with difficult listening situations without tiring you with too much amplification. Jacoti ListenApp also processes sound coming from your local music library and from Jacoti Lola, Jacoti's assistive listening system.
Please note that Jacoti ListenApp does not amplify phone calls.
The intended use of Jacoti ListenApp is to amplify and transmit sound to the ear and hereby compensate for impaired hearing. Jacoti ListenApp is indicated for mild to moderate hearing losses. Your audiogram data is used to optimize Jacoti ListenApp for you. It has been designed to be used along with Apple EarPods headphones, so you must use them to ensure the proper functioning of ListenApp.
Jacoti ListenApp has a very intuitive interface that can be used by people of all ages. Since it can run in the background, you can use it while surfing the web, writing emails, taking pictures, etc. It offers different listening modes and advanced controls, such as a bass/treble slider, which allow you to customize the app for your own personal hearing difficulties.
Jacoti ListenApp is tested and approved in compliance with the most rigorous medical and technical standards for hearing aids. This guarantees you safe and efficient use of the application.
Jacoti ListenApp requires you to register with a valid email account on earCloud® (https://earcloud.net/), which allows you to share your audio profile across devices.
The app can be configured directly on the device, but it also allows the hearing expert of your choice to optimize your hearing settings remotely.
