Спустя 2 месяца игры, на 33 сервере пропал персонаж с 6 випом, обратился в техподдержку с скринами, жду шестой день нету ответа, и персонажа тоже нету, помогите вернуть персонажа

Arden
Arden school followers are said to hide in dense forests, worshiping the deity known as the Heavenly Fox. Should an unwary traveler step into such a grove, they will feel a hundred furious glances on their back, followed by a similar number of sharp arrowheads.
Arden adepts are nimble, strong, and make the most accurate archers. Some even claim that future students of this school are born with an arrow in their hand.
Shadow
The Shadow school adepts aren't usually the ones to advertise their presence and purpose, but their unique fighting style has earned them a kind of everlasting infamy. Shadow followers see through their enemies' defenses and are able to identify weak spots at a glance, employing magical seals to weaken the opponent.
Keep an eye for Shadow adepts wherever you go. It is said that history holds no records of a battle that they haven't won.

Поиграть в вашу игру так и не смог. При попытке подключиться к серверу постоянно крутится экран загрузки и ничего не происходит. Пробовал менять сервера, не помогло.
Вылетает игра.
Игра тормозит и вылетает через каждые две минуты, а то и меньше. Исправьте это, пожалуйста. Не хотелось бы её удалять, играю давно.
Звук, отряд !
Дорогие разработчики прошу вас исправте техническую неполадку на сервере 29. Не работает в отряде горн для общения.
Новое обновление ну такое не доработано .
Когда будет обновление ? На новой локации «Заводь»ничего не видно все чёрное,задания свитка не возможно выполнять !

Главное - не забрасывайте игру, что разработчики, что игроки)
Привязка через 101хр
После привязки через ваш портал каждый раз приходится логин и пароль, и если не ввести полностью и выйти из игры, игра после повторного открытия загрузка доходит до половины и вылетает.. Надоедает каждый раз перекачивать игру!
