i’m not sure why the reviews are not good, i believe they are fake because this works amazing! i’ve printed a few labels and nothing as went wrong. very easy to set up, and connects fast!

The app had finally worked properly and the quick cut label setting worked with eBay labels. The update makes it take so much longer to print, and the quick cut setting doesn’t work at all.

I received this printer for Christmas and I was looking forward to print photos from my phone and to hang them up. It did meet the basic expectations but the photos came out fuzzy and only in a black and white option, while I was looking for color and better quality. However I like that I can also print out text and how anything I print can be a sticker, I was just hoping for my photos to be a little bit better than what I got.

Works absolutely great, has many preloaded features that seem useful, 5 stars, my opinion is the only one that matters too about this product.

I used to print small labels with size 1x1.2 but now is not allowed anymore, there’s a limit of 1.5x1.5, and the process to print is longer than before, so don’t waste your money in this printer, it loses their value.

I don’t think I’ve ever written an app review but I had to commend the new interface. The old app was just okay. I was able to use it for what I needed, but it wasn’t very intuitive. The update is a huge improvement!

The app won’t even open for me anymore. It immediately crashes. Super frustrating since I can’t mail anything from home now!

How do you manage to update an app to make it worse?!? I get that you want to sell us your labels but don’t ruin the user experience for printing. This app is now a nightmare making the printer a paperweight.
