The Farsi version of Jadoo TV App can install on Android phones and TVSs which is great but the English version of App just can install on Iphones and totally useless, keed giving error and does not play serials . 2 episods can play and 5 of them can not , and keep doing, in total the English version of app is junk ,

They o not have support section and do not answer any email and do not ancel subscribers! Worse app ever.

I’ve been subscribed to JadooTV Farsi for about 2 years. Honestly was not expecting such a great service but have been continuously impressed with them.

My mom had the device 3 years ago, had lots of issue, so she had to call every time to fix the issue. After 3 years, I gave second chance with thought of they should have been better so installed the app! Same issue, and every time I have to call the support they would tell you uninstall the app and install again it will fix the problem. That’s only solution they thought employees over there. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND THE TIME!!!!!!!

Fix the app version! It doesn’t work. I deleted and downloaded multiple times on my iPad. App crashes!

I dont know why the app keeps crashing. I paid one month bill on my browser and then download the app now its not even opening

The app on Apple TV keeps asking me to login every time I use it. Waste of $50 a year
