Review for Jadrolinija App: This is probably the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s unbelievably slow, as if you’re dealing with technology from the last century. The navigation is chaotic and completely illogical, but that’s not even the worst part – the app frequently charges for tickets and then fails to deliver them! After that, there’s no clear way to get a refund or any assistance. Customer support is either non-existent or so slow that it feels like you’re fighting a losing battle. This app isn’t just frustrating; it’s costing users both time and money. If you haven’t tried it yet, avoid this app at all costs. It’s better to wait in line at a kiosk than to risk your money and sanity here. This is a disgrace for a company that should be making travel easier, not harder!

Great idea but not well developed and above all poorly maintained. I am using it for 3 years now and and for every 5 attempts using it at least 4 are not successful. Issues from port location not loaded, return button poorly positioned to more serious issues like double charging as a result of “transaction failed”message. I believe those issues can be easily be fixed with a little more effort and support to the developers.

Na otocima je signal loš. Trebala bi aplikacija koja zahtjeva manje signala. Ako nije pun signal ne spaja se. Prijedlog: mozda staviti opciju "favorit" luke da nam luke koje cesto koristimo budu na vrhu.

Znaci jel moguce da 2024 godine postoji ovakva aplikacija BAHAHAHHAHAHA PA VI LJUDI NISTE NORMALNI ili vas nije briga za ovo ili je netko u firmi pokrao masnu lovu. Aj sad stvarno imamo toliko turista i mi ne mozemo promovirati kupnju karte preko QR koda koj kad skeniras te vodi da skines aplikaciju jer vam je aplikacija blaze receno smece… Pusa Lp

App works very well, no bugs. Saves time and allows you to see port cameras and traffic.

The Jadrolinija app has all that is needed to buy tickets and find information about Jadrolinija’s boat routes. It works normally and has no major issues. However…UX and UI could be improved.

As state owned company really sad as service is so poor and confusing. Tickets are quite expensive and they don’t even give the name of boat that you are paying. Not to mention place in harbor

Ažurirajte aplikaciju jer linija 409Zadar Preko klasični brod se ne prikazuje nego druge linije koje ne voze na toj liniji Tj linija 409

Ne kupujte karte preko aplikacije, jer ih u aplikaciji nece biti i naci ce te se u dodatnim problemima. Nespravna je vec par godina i to uvijek isti problemi koje nikad nisu rijesili. Zivo smece koje uredno skine novce, a karte svejedno morate otici potrazivati na salteru. sramota!!!!
