Feedback case sent to management does not even have the status indicated of the reported feedback,eg pending ,in progress or completed. The application should be automatically sending back to the committee members informing them any cases that is not started or look at in a set time frame for follow up otherwise the case will be sitting there forever or handled in a non productive manner.

When I register master tenant totally no response.. stuck at pending approval.. no use app

Could you move "Jagaapp updates" completely away from Notices section? After all the first thing we wish to know are actual condo management notices. The advertisements can belong to a different area, even if your company has profit/interest in them and wish to push it to us.

Changed to new phone and tried to login this app but failed. Thought I forgot password, but no reset password link was sent to my email. What is the issue? Pls fix this asap.

I already registered to this app. But when i changed to new phone i cannot access to my existed account just because the same credential is already there but my email is not exist in record when i try to retrieve password. the app only have option login by email only but not phone number. Please fix this

Communication from the management in my condo has improved as we are better informed via the in-app notices!

Nice app to use

word-based information on the apps, such as management feedback, can’t be copied. this lack of word management/interaction facility is quite a sorry state of 2007 phone technology. Notices containing tables and figures do not entirely fit the width of app interface, and there’s no way to pinch and zoom them. PDFs sent through notices can’t be downloaded. Notices sent by management office can’t be downloaded, makes sharing very difficult.
