Poor customer service
It's so annoying to use the app, always lagging, need to restart the app everytime. and the customer's response is so slow. So disappointing

App opens and asks me to log in almost every time I use it. It’s becoming a real pain to use
My missing funds
I'm not happy after paying £50 towards upsetting my loan with the account number in my acct Jaja said they didn't see the money. Over 3 months now.
Good but unstable
The app its self has a lot of good points to it however sadly it is unstable. On start up it has a tendency to crash before even being able to log in.
Best card
I’m very very happy and satisfied with this credit card. I recommend anyone to who needs a credit card to get one.
