Terrible app for an airline of this size
Why is it that as a non JMB member, in order for me to have my bookings saved onto the app, bookings that mind you, I have purchased through Japan airlines, each individual flight for each person must be logged in manually , as in the flight number, time, airline, passenger first + last name and reservation number. What’s the point…? Furthermore I am only allowed up to 6?? For travelling with large families it’s impossible to manage who’s who, seriously guys, just make it easier and more streamlined.
