Their app has worst delivery service, If you place your order from their app noone will bother reaching you out about it and once you contact them to inquire about the order they will tell you they never received an order while order still shows pending on their app.

Very convenient to buy daily grocery from home.

I ordered from their app, and after waiting an hour and a half for the delivery, they initially brought the wrong item. When I raised this issue, they responded in an extremely disrespectful manner. On top of that, the items they delivered correctly were expired, and they refused to acknowledge this even after I provided proof. The items were also priced higher than those in other stores. I am extremely frustrated with their poor service, long wait times, inflated prices, and lack of respect toward their customers.

The phase 7 dha branch is so bad The staff is rude They sent the entire order wrong I ordered 1 spanish latte and they sent 3 They didn’t even send lays salt and vinegar I returned the order as I didn’t want to waste my money It was their mistake Then I ordered again but this time I had to cancel it as we had to go somewhere This only happened once because of me And they just blocked me??? Plus I was a regular customer Please don’t buy anything from here Alfatah and Carrefour are good options for deliveries in phase 7 They send wrong orders and then complain about returning it!!! Can’t believe such illiterate and ignorant people arw running it 🙄🙄

Statelife branch delivered the wrong order. I ordered 1.5 l 7up and the branch delivered 0.5l bottle saying that they didn’t have 1.5l as shown on the app. Then the app was showing different macaroni and they delivered a different one again. Disappointed at their service and attitude. Last time when we ordered pizza. The pizza was so bad. No taste and it was cold when it got delivered. Rude staff and irresponsible one. The prices of items confirmed after selection of items in the bucket are different than the price tag which is carried by the delivery boy. In addition to delivery charges of Rs 100, which is known, there are additional costs due to lack of updating the costs in the Application. It’s quite misguiding.

Download the app, select the items you want and place your order, give them your mobile no and they will send you an sms for order confirmation, you can pay cash, and login with your facebook profile. No response ever ... over support phone numbers or email address to fix my account. Hope this review will make some sense in web team and someone from the company (who are nowadays too proud and insulting loyal old customers) will review my request that is pending from months now Summary of my request: Plz check my account as I am not able to login despite I did reset of password through your web process many times

Worst app ever first it says nearest branch automatically added but when i press confirm it says select branch and there is no option to select a branch
