Before ordering from this app outside Kolkata. Please be mindful that they don’t have supply services in NCR or other cities outside Kolkata . They service all orders from Kolkata only. Their customer service contact number doesn’t work and terms of service are not mentioned properly during checkout

The are running fraudulent business. I recently placed an order of 1400 with 200 Rs delivery charge. My order was successfully placed and later I got a WhatsApp message that they are trying to reach me and I’m not available and asked me to confirm the order. Though they never called me but I still confirmed the order.Then they suddenly told me that min order is 1950 and I need to order more in order to get it delivered I need to add more items inspite of paying 200 rs delivery charges. I have faced the same issue 2 years back as well but still thought of trying it if something has changed but alas!!

Not recommended. They supplied rotten Hilsa fish .

This nonsense team promise a time of delivery and then simply deny it. I have never seen such bad customer service ever. No body will pickup your call even after 4-5 hours of scheduled delivery time. Simply avoid them if you don’t want to waste your money.

To the least I have yo say that the service is pathetic. No one responds to call or WhatsApp. I was unable to track my order which was placed more than 30hrs back. Simply disgusting. Try to avoid if possible.

Prawns are really bad and stinky Crab r very small in size Your fish quality has gone down

Two orders of Rs.1437/- paid online were cancelled by you on 16/03/24 and I have yet to receive my refund . Please update

This App is closed. They are deducting money for order placed and cancelling ORDER but not refunding the money. BUYERS BE AWARE. Their contact number, WhatsApp and email not working.

Both the black pomfret and the Surmai had to be thrown into garbage.

The app is extremely bad. The top bar icons don’t work. Most if the time when i click icon, it goes to new screen and comes back immediately. Have u guys not done even a single round if testing before releasing the all? Service of Jalongi and quality of product is good but can be better.
