Love this game but since your last update my pig pen stopped harvesting I’ve sent plenty of messages and no one has responded

I loved playing this game but when I lost my progress at level 21 , nobody from customer support ever got back to me. I’ve sent several messages and no reply.
Great game
Great game the graphics are wonderful. Doses this game have a swimming pool and different season in the weather
Good game but issues
I do not receive my extra energy when doing exchanges and I do not receive the silver for deliveries. I like the game but will not purchase anymore energy or coins unless these issues are fixed.

1. you now can’t make enough money for purchases or up grades with out having to buy in store purchase. Kids aren’t giving the choice to purchases. 2. When leaving my farm to go visit a friends when returning you lose stuff you have already accomplished. 3. School prices are also to hard to make without having in store purchases. 4. You can no longer sell item you have accumulated in the barn. 5. Item you collect a over abundance of why not make a trade for these. Please fix all these , a concerned parent
Many bugs
I’m deleting this app, I can’t get grandpa get his last pig. It’s right beside him. I click on the pig and there’s nothing. Please fix, it sucks. I can’t get ahead in the game

Can’t open the app anymore… launching it and it keeps crashing. Tries to reboot, same result… Afraid to loose everything if I delete the app and reinstall.
