Intentionally causes you to lose sometimes

The game is fun BUT sometimes the game ends the level I’m playing even though I still have customers there, I have time left to finish and I can win. If I finished, I would’ve won the level, but the game ends the level too soon, causing me to have to start over!! Why does it do that?! It’s literally scamming you so you have to start over. FIX IT PLEASE!
