Good morning, I made the purchase of two passes for the Tokyo subway train for two hours through the Japan Travel app and I paid with Apple Pay, and the money was deducted from the bank but the app showed an error in the purchase and the passes do not appear . I need help to solve this problem.
The app is easy to use however I think it is too slow for adding the details

I always plan all my trips as detail as possible especially transportation. Searching several website and input in my itinerary in excel. This App is helping me a lot in planing and easy to use!
But .. it’s a pity that the detail for stops is not available now unless you pay for premium to see it.
