I completed Jason’s 28-day super juice me challenge yesterday, so I thought it would best to share directly my feedback with all. I totally recommend the juice challenge to anyone who desires to improve in health, feel fresher, increase in energy/vitality, boost their immune system etc. In total I’ve lost 6kg (13,2 pounds), which also helped me to improve my laps and endurance during running and increase my reps. Its amazing to see and feel these advances in such a short period of time. I’m very happy with the results. As a long time vegetarian, it wasn’t difficult for me to adapt to the juiced greens ;), but honestly admit that I missed a bit the chewing (28 days! of no chewing), but the effort was totally worth it. Jason explains in separate videos thoroughly how to prepare the juices, also sharing value adding input concerning his juicing methods and the health properties of each single juice. I totally love this app and all the other apps from Jason. For each recipe you'll get a video and nutrient facts. You can create a shopping list by just selecting the days you are planning for. Only obne thing is missing: The 'favorite-button' if you really like a recipe (maybe it is there and I didn't found it).

I got the app last week and started my 28 superjuiceme program on Thursday (June 19) and i like the program a lot. The app runs excellent without any errors and the videos are very helpful and also entertaining and very informative. The shopping list support is also great and also the additional videos. Make sure to watch them all. I have almost finished day 4 without any cravings and no i do not work in any way for Jason Vale, but i started juicing, because of course to lose weight, but also to become more energised, because i have been constantly tired and it is day 4 and i already feel great, more energized and more focused and concentrated. The juices are great and really taste good and believe me, i hate celery and fennel. It is the mixture of fruits and vegetables. I would give 10 stars if possible. Go and get the app and be rest assured, you are going to say 'oh, she was right'
