Although we do probably have the best flat white this side of Melbourn. Back in 1995 we took inspiration from the best family run coffee houses in Europe, Prague, Krakow and Budapest. Wonderful cities indeed. They say the best complement is when someone copies you, well Java coffee has been copied all over the world except for our coffee and originality, that’s not possible.
