Will not use anymore Found one I can pay for yearly at low price and no adds DO NOT USE THIS APP Not worth it junk got better camera
Not a good app
Sorry I waisted my money on this. It is not a good app and the cameras does not work with updates as technology expands… a waist of time and money. The camera worked for almost a year and now offline because it will not update to meet current standards of technology. There is no live body to even talk too. Not worth it! I am only giving one star because I have to choose something. But again, please do better with this app. It is no good for use.
Unable to Register
I was unable to register the device, so I can not use it. I set a password, but the app will not let me log in. I tried to say I forgot my password. I have waited days and nothing came to my email. Trued it again, and nothing. I don’t think this place is real. I have heard absolutely nothing from this app or customer service. May be outdated as well. Purchased with a discount code and my friend said it may be a much older model. Stuck with something I can’t do anything with. Waste of money.
Network exception
This happened before. I can’t log in. Just keep getting “Network Exception” just like before.

My app stopped working the cameras along with several other app owners today very disappointed it was working fine till now can’t even email or contact them

App is working one week then doesn’t the next. Now they added ads, I figure their tired of not making any money and the ads are still not enough.
Not a good app
They used to be totally free then started charging for iCloud storage which is unnecessary if you have a memory card. Many days like today it will not open because of a network common their part! Find a better company not worth the stress. Am replacing my cameras with a different service as soon as I can.
App not working
I keep getting Network Exception when trying to login to my account. First if all, it shouldn’t ask to login every single time. Second, why do they keep messing with the app and making it unaccessible.
