Frustrating Experience with In-Game Purchases and Unresponsive Customer Service
I recently experienced a frustrating issue with my in-game purchases. After buying tokens, they unexpectedly vanished. I reached out to the Jawaker in-game support team for assistance, but they were unable to resolve the issue and directed me to Apple instead. Seeking to understand where my money went, I contacted Apple. Fortunately, Apple responded positively and issued a refund. However, this led to an unexpected consequence: I was permanently banned from the game. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service for an explanation, I've received no helpful response. This experience has been quite disappointing. -10 stars
