خدمة المحادثه الفورية لا تعمل وسيلة التواصل مع الشركة غير متاحه ! يجب تفيعل وسائل اخرى للتواصل عروض التجول لدول الخليج غير متوفره
تغيير فالاسعار
الاسعار تتغير وكانها اسهم !! غالباً الاسعار زادة 10 ريال وقللوا الايام وصارت 28 يوم بدل من 30 يوم

خدمتهم سيئة جدا جدا ولا يوجد اي اهتمام بشكوى العملاء والشبكة ضعيفه جدا
اذا باقي على الباقه 5 ايام يفصل التواصل الاجتماعي واوقات بس الي يشتغل الاتصال
مشترك في باقة كمبو 1720.50 قبل الضريبه 150 ريال اذا باقي من الخدمه 5 او 6 ايام التواصل الاجتماعي يفصل زي الاسناب والتك توك والواتس يعني انا دافع 172.50 وباقي 6 ايام وحتى الجيجا فيها حدود 43 قيقا ولا يشتغل شي طبعاً انا لي فوق 3 سنوات واذا مو اكثر مع جوي وهذي حركاتهم وراح ارفع شكوى لهيئة الاتصالات عليهم الان وخليهم يخيسو في باقتهم استغلال استغلال يرفع الضغط الف
