Poor tracking system and slow delivery, waiting for refund 😒

They call you at midnight to place the order I added few items to cart and unable to place the order so i thought of placing order next day but people from jazp started calling me in midnight to place the order really senseless. Do they really respond in the way when you have issues in the product purchased from them.

It was a really nice experience.I got the delivered product with in the stipulated time.and the product was also awesome.and would like to suggest to introduce some extra homely usable equipment like dinner set ,casserole etc(especially for this Ramadan season)too.

I never believed in ecommerce shopping as I love contributing to small retailers who run local shops. But, since I got to know that Snapdeal delivers product from local shops only due to its marketplace model, I have become a regular online shopper from Snapdeal. Now, I am ordering almost every daily items from Snapdeal and never faced any issue with any of my orders. I think Delivery part was the best since the rider didn’t contact me and came directly at my doorstep without any disturbance.

Since July 2021 the complaint still running. No one is there to clear from Jazp. Your complaint with ID JQWB6359 has been processed with Refund/Replacement.( Aug 11)
