I don’t know how this is as a dating site because even after 15 attempts, I cannot pass their AI captcha even though I am selecting the right answers. I even tried to click on the accessibility to get a different test but the link doesn’t work.
You have to pay $60 to open messages so it’s basically pointless unless you pay me and you can’t even see if it’s worth it.
This hands down has the potential to be #1 for Jewish dating. I don’t understand why the developers are so greedy that they want to charge you for just messaging!!!! You can’t even text your matches, how ridiculous is that.
You can’t even contact customer service. There’s NOTHING unless you shell out $60 for a month or $16/mo for a whole year! DON’T DO IT!!!
The filter doesn’t work. You will see everyone instead of filtered results.
If they’re going to be charging $60/month, the app shouldn’t feel like it was created in 2006. There’s no way to talk to anyone for free. I’m amazed this app still exists.
Impossible to log in or to reset password. Why is this app in the store anyway?
App works terribly. I wish I could get my money back honestly. From the tech side of the app to the selection of people. I paid for a 3 month subscription and unfortunately was a waste.
It is supposed to be possible to cancel auto renew through the settings, but clicking on “manage subscription” just takes me to ITunes and a never ending loading screen. The help chat bot freezes after asking for my phone number. The messages under the help function just say fail to send. Oh and the customer service number provided is not a valid number. Worst user experience possible. Finally managed to cancel through iPhone’s settings by clicking on my name, then subscriptions. But that’s not what the JDate instructions say to do.
