This company is really frustrating to deal with. There's no customer service or call center available when you need help, and they're quick to fine you for things, even if it's their driver's fault. It's just not fair or worth it. Avoid if possible!

Driver canceled the trip and full amount of the money taken
I would like to raise a complaint against the ride I made on Sunday July,16th, 2023 at 01.08 am. I choose the payment through apply pay. the driver canceled the trip and the amount had been deducted from my credit card. Please return back my money. Worst service and Zero customer care
If you file a complaint no body will reply , captains keeps complaining about their share from the ride , that’s why they made a trick to reject the trips with credit cards and the cause you the cancellation charge.
