This app is my everything, from workouts, food, healing, health it’s there. Coaches are at their best to make sure we have everything. And great of all it links to my vitality and my watch automatically, no need for manual work. awesome work done on this app
So far it does everything I want it to do! I have tried many health and fitness apps. So far this is the most holistic for all the features I want in one place.
It’s a great app coz it provides me one space to take account of my physical and mental wellness. So much variety but it’s not overwhelming and there is everything for everyone no matter what your fitness level is.

I love that this App is a one stop shop for all my health needs. Whether I’m working out at home or the gym OR if I have no equipment or some equipment - there’s a workout for me! I also love the nutrition element with various menu’s and easy to follow recipes! So easy to stay on track with the tracking page! Love it!
