Jeff- The super services app

Can't schedule a service because it won't let me pin my location on the map. Even when I try typing "Manila" or any general location, it doesn't load so it's impossible to input your address.

CANT EVEN ENTER LOCATION

If there is a 0 star, I will put that. Do not link your credit card, do not load the point!!! I have loaded the point in the App. And now it is not able to use it, saying that the system error and have to pay by the bank or using Gcash. That’s ridiculous if you don’t let me pay by the point in the app. Regret to use it and now there is a balance in the app but I don’t bother to use the service anymore. Really mad at the service. Honestly, it is expensive (almost double compare to others) but the service is not up to the expectation.

Two times we use your service. One time you lost our items and Second time laundry wasn’t delivered on time …. This is the last time we used this app

Hi, I couldn’t use my money in the Mr. Jeff card. How to do with this?

Try not to add your credit card because at the moment there’s no way you can remove your credit card details. If i can give a negative rating I definitely would!! Pickup is almost always not on time - what’s the point of setting a preferred time?! Don’t waste your time using this.

I have an annoying situation in the physical store to confirm the prices yesterday the lady told me that my stuffed animal to wash it cost 500 pesos and days ago I took very two pillows (long) for the price of 500 pesos… after talking with her she told me that the stuffed toy had a cost of 250 pesos this morning I wake up and it tells me that it costs 400 pesos (I go into the application and they don't have the options or prices or measurements as much as pillows or stuffed toy ) so it's not worth having it downloaded on your cell phone

The app won’t let you delete your credit card info, unlike before. I raised this already to customer service but they haven’t replied: It’s been more than three days since my inquiry. Has customer service been on vacation? The app will entice you to load your Jeff Card balance through discounts, only to charge your credit card with the payment for their services. In effect, they’re withholding or taking away your money since you won’t be able to use that Jeff Card balance as they will still charge your credit card EVEN IF you have more than enough credit in your Jeff Card! They have to fix this app to comply with local laws (Philippines) that the customer can anytime delete data, including and especially credit card info. Will report to the DTI and the pertinent agency implementing the Data Privacy Protection Act.

With Mr. Jeff, I never had to think about my laundry anymore. It has been only around two months since I started my subscription with Mr. Jeff (Xavierville), but I couldn’t imagine having my clothes washed and dried elsewhere. The top-notch service they offer is unparalleled; and at times when they are just able to do 99.99%, they will always make up for the shortfall of 0.01%. Communication is not a problem and you will always be at ease with their people. Keep up the good work and I hope a lot of people see and realize what they are missing here.

Rude and poor customer service at Kamagong Branch in Makati City. Not recommended.
