DO NOT subscribe to their elite membership! It’s pretty much a SCAM! I’ve been using the elite version for over a year now. The main reason I opted for the elite version was because they mention that the data is backed up to their servers. Recently I reinstalled the app and was waiting for the progress photos to sync but they never did. Upon inquiring their support, I was directed to check their web app. NONE of the progress photos were there! Now another premium feature they proudly advertise is this web app. Trust me, there’s NOTHING premium about it. The sorry excuse for a web app is so badly designed and looks and feels like a site from the early 2000s. Basically they are charging people for nonexistent features! Definitely not worth paying $6.99 per month at all! You’re better off sticking to the free version. But mind you, the UX of the app itself has also degraded over the last few months and it’s buggy.
I’ve been using JEFIT since 2012 and it continues to be my go to workout app for its easy to use features, the only year I didn’t use it I gained bad body fat. JEFIT keeps you motivated towards your fitness goals no matter what level you’re on.
This is an awesome app that compiles a lot of different exercises you can choose from. I like the way you can make your own workout regimen. It’s great at keeping logs of your progress. It also has a cool community of gym goes you can interact. It’s kind of like Facebook but for gym people.
I used this for a year to log my own workouts. Decided to buy and see what Elite app looks like. Difficult to find a workout I like and you can only have one workout saved at a time. I will not renew.
I absolutely love this app!! It shows me exactly how my form should me, lets me adjust the reps and sets and weights if need be, I love it, I wish I found this sooner.
Lots of bugs that make it anti-intuitive. It’s easier to create workouts on the website, but editing them once synched to the phone is buggy and seems to work better on the app (replaced exercises not staying deleted, reordering not working). I’ve contacted support and will happily update when they’re fixed. Still, after trying a lot of apps, I like this one the best. The only one I’ve liked better was a custom-ish one at my previous gym.
I paid the $35 for the app or what I thought was the premium version. After the purchase and logging in, the app then wants me to pay yet another $35 for the “elite” version in order to use the app. I’m still waiting for a response from the company when asking for my refund. When will I hear from them?
I have been using this app for at least 7 years on and off. After trying out other hyped up apps I still like JEFIT overall. Dependable platform.
Really, it does everything you could possible need for a successful workout program.
