Jellipop Match

I deleted it because I can’t find a way t turn off hints. I want to look, think, and figure it out. You get a hint ata next move within about 3-5 seconds. No thanks. Very annoying.

I love this game, have been playing it for years. However, there are no more quest and I would love to see more if possible, thank you!!

Since the new update the game doesn’t open at all. Very sad

I’ve been playing this game for years, and it’s fun....HOWEVER, I feel it’s necessary to warn players about making in app purchases for gold bars. I have had three separate (possibly more) experiences where this game has charged me for purchases I have not made, and charged for multiples of purchases without authorization. I have reported these fraudulent charges to Microfun/Jellipop_match (and Apple iTues), and requested refunds from Jellipop Match, but each time Jellipop Match has refused to refund the money they fraudulently charged me. While they have credited my account with the gold bar packages, this still doesn’t make it right for them to make unauthorized charges and then force players to pay and not refund their money when they did not intend to make the purchases in the first place. I suggest to anyone who is interested in playing this game to make sure to either make sure to not allow in app purchases from this game, or keep an eye on receipts for fraudulent charges....and be aware that they will not refund your money if they charge you without your authorization.

I’ve sent messages (email) with photos but there is a message as soon as I try to access the game written in Chinese, I cannot read it and I will not click on it to access the game. That being said I’m being blocked from playing the game and no response to my emails for a fix. I’m extremely frustrated with no response with assistance And now you respond with if you’re still having issues logging in you can click on “contact us” in the game and send us a message. If I can’t get into the app how can I click “contact us” seriously

Needs to update it doesn’t load.

Help! I got on today to play this game and the language is switched from English to Japanese or Chinese. It was working fine last night. When I click on that pop up, the app crashes. I cannot find where to contact tech support. I love this game! Please fix it.

I hit start, then get a pop up in like Chinese or Korean then it crashes.

I love this game so much but really disappointed that there’s no update for more areas in the marketplace or anywhere else.

I literally just spent three days on level 786 and I give up. There are other games that won’t cheat and make you sit on levels for DAYS because I don’t want to watch commercials!!! Uninstalled!
