The age thing literally says 4+ BUT when the game asked for my age and I put 14 bc I am, it said smth like “WeRe sOrRy YoUrE tOo YoUnG” like BRO IF UR GONNA PUT IT AS 4+ LET ME PLAY ITTTT anyways, 3 stars bc i used to play it as a kid (WHEN I WAS 4 JELLY SPLASH.) I feel attacked.

I love this game so much
I have had this game for some time and played it intermittently. I opened the game today to be presented with changes to the terms of use, privacy policy etc. I decided to have a quick read before just "accepting" to continue. Hmmm, got to say I did not like what I read. Whilst developers have to comply with the legislation to prepare these documents which is intended to protect consumers, what I read was all about the developer and whoever it sees fit to trade my data with and how it chooses to impose terms about not being able to take up issues with them in courts of law. Whilst it is unlikely I would take that course of action I fail to see that it is legitimate to get me to sign away my rights under legislation which is meant to protect my "rights". I would not recommend this game. You owe the company nothing and certainly not the terms they seek to impose on you.
Downloaded the game when i was 15 and put in my true age as the app store said it was a 4+ i used to play this on my old phone since i was around 8 years old. it said i was too young even though i was over 4. i then emailed customer support and they told me they were placing a ban on my account. i am now 17 and redownloaded the game to find out i still can’t play . this is ridiculous
Far too many crushes. Probably because of the far too many ads I don't know, but the game is ruined : you play a level 50 times, you finally get 3 stars, it crushes and your win is not saved ! Edited : Yeah, it continues to be like that . I don't know where the positive reviews come from. Oh, and I have plenty of memory in my iPad, a good internet connection etc. But I spend all my power ups to win a level and then it crushes, the win is not saved, but the power ups are gone ! The only reason I'm not uninstalling it (yet) is that I started playing it years ago. New edit : I started playing again : new problems. It doesn’t crush (so far), but if you watch an ad for extra points if you win the level, 50% it won’t give you any. So DON’T WATCH THOSE ADS
when i downloaded it i expected my age to not be a problem as its a 4+ game and im 16 but when i downloaded it and put in my age it said i was too young. its also come to my awareness that they can be sued for it
The app says 4+ so why do you have to enter 18+ in the app? So annoying. Other than that I love the graphics and its a nice calming game!
I actually enjoy Jelly Splash a lot and have played a long time, but recently every time I go to play I am asked to sign in to Facebook. I do this at least twice a day but my still I am asked to to do it. Very annoying.
