Overall a good app. Last update is running slower and more apt to crash. Also not sure why destination airport automatically loads and is displayed first when loading a route. Previous versions didn't do this. Departure airport should be displayed first! Have to taxi and depart first! Fix and you'll get 5 stars.

Extremely slow!!! This in not an update, it's a downgrade!!!

During an Overnight flight,date changes while in the air, and jepp won't let us view charts anymore because during flight the date changed and charts not current!?! What the hell!!! No way to bypass screen saying that charts are out of date, and there is no wifi on the plane. Someone needs to get fired this is outrageous.

Good app but crashes when updated

Flying will never be the same without this app, however... Given the amount of time and bandwidth required to download & update the data, I can't believe the developers of this software designed it to dump all the data whenever a user has to renew his license. What a waste of time re-downloading all data which can take up to two days! Also, please make it so that one can still update the app in the background while using other apps! While updating it renders the iPad totally useless!

The easy favorites from the last version was a genius and simple way to organize charts. No longer. In this version, there is no feedback to which chart are selected until you visit the selected menu. On the old version, all that was required was "favoriting" the charts one needed in the order that one wanted, ie taxi, SID, emer return approach, or STAR, approaches and taxi. Then you could flip easily between your selected few charts. Please reconsider.

Crash!!!!

Indeed, a very good app! Route data such as distance would improve the app even more.

Just got my new iPad 3. Cannot get Jepp mobile FD to run. Wants to update Terminal charts and upon finishing download crashes. Tried about 7 times. App is now unusable. Had to revert to my iPad 2 which still works. Not yet fit for the IFR environment!!! Is anyone doing something about this - Apple - Jeppesen???? Otherwise love the app but would like a rotate feature.. J Puetter Canada BC

I love the latest update which has added a number of features. Lock screen in the app under tools. GPS connectivity right on the main screen. Rubber banding for the route. Tap any waypoint and the app asks if you want to add it to the route. It adds it logically however if there is any doubt it gives the necessary suggestions. All of these are great but there is still no route data i.e., distance or time or the ability to save a route. Thank you for the latest update but we need more!!
