It’s not working at all I wish it would be fixed will be easier on us

JDECo App for customer allow you to use JDECo E-Services as following
A- My Services
1- Navigate vouchers "from My Bills panel"
2- Navigate payments "from My Payments panel"
3- Check consumption "from My Meter Panel"
4- Meter details "from My Meter panel"
5- Report my agreement problem "from Report Issue panel"
6- Calculate an electric device consumption price per hour "from Device KW Price"
7- Check smart prepaid meter balance, or check estimated next charge date for your normal prepaid meter "from My Consumption panel"
8- View your consumption cost + misc + fixed charge ...etc, regarding the last auto meter read for smart meters "from My Consumption panel"
9- Enter meter current reading, and get your consumption cost + misc + fixed charge ...etc "from My Consumption panel or from My Meter panel"
10- Pay debts using credit cards
11- Charging meters using credit cards
12- Enter meter reading, and get consumption cost + fixed charge "from Device KW Price panel"
13- View agreement details
14- Send request to change estimated meter reading
B- Pay debts for agreements
C- Report public electricity problems
D- View company announcements and notifications
E- View and search for centers and offices
F- Click and establish a phone call to company call center

خطأ في الإتصال / لا يدعم فيزا فلسطينية
يوجد خلل بالإتصال بالسيرفر / بعض الشبكات الفلسطينية ومن ضمنها الفايبر . لا يمكن إعادة شحن العداد بإستخدام بطاقة فيزا من بنك محلي (فلسطين مثلاً)
The app doesn’t open anymore
The app does not work anymore . It’s doesn’t even open . Server error
Problem connecting
The application was working fine and currently each time I try to open it, it keeps giving me an error “Couldn’t connect to the server now”

برنامج سيء معظم الوقت لا يعمل

المفروض شركة كبيرة يكون عندها تطبيق افضل من هيك يحفظ طريقة الدفع مثلا يكون شغال كويس مش احيانا ما بيفتح و احيانا بوصل للدفع بيطلع !!
ما اله علاقة بالتطبيقات
للامانة لو انكم سارقين هالتطبيق من مشروع تخرج لطالب برمجة الا يطلع احسن من هيك ، مالكم يا جماعة؟! انتو مش شايفين عدد المشتركين وكم بيدفعولكم رسوم خدمة؟ مشان الله ابعثوا لحدا بالعند يطورلكم برنامج بكلفش ١٠٠٠ دولار ! فش شحنة كهرباء الا بسمة بدن والي من مبارح بحاول ادفع بفيزا فلسطينية البرنامج كله بيفصل وبطلع ! دخيلكم يا بتريحونا يا بتلغوا هالتطبيق وامرنا لالله بنرجع ١٠ سنين لورا ! بس مش عنا تطبيق ومش شغال بكفي تهبل
Keeps crashing
Bad system zero customer experience, if you are using 3G the system keeps crashing and if you try again the session still running and you won’t be able to retry, this is Version2.1 and released 3 years ago which means that the app were not developed or any issues fixed for three years now
مشكلة شحن العداد من البطاقة
عندي مشكله في شحن العداد من البطاقه بعد ادخال رقم البطاقة ورقمها السري وعند ادخال تاريخ سريان البطاقة تخرج من التطبيق ولو كررت العمليه ١٠ مرات لحصل نفس المشكله
