JET is a scooter rental service using a mobile application. You can rent an electric scooter at one of the hundreds of parking lots located around the city and complete the rental wherever it suits you.
Kicksharing, bike sharing... What is it and how does it work?
Call it whatever is convenient for you – in fact, the JET service is a stationless electric scooter rental.
To rent a vehicle, you don’t need to visit a pick-up point, communicate with an employee and provide a deposit in the form of a passport or a certain amount of money.
All you need to rent:
- Download the application and register in the service. You only need a phone number, registration will take 2-3 minutes.
- Find the electric scooter on the map or at the nearest parking lot.
- Scan QR on the steering wheel, through the built-in function in the app.

In which cities is the service available?
The service is available in Kazakhstan (Almaty), Georgia (Batumi and Tbilisi), Uzbekistan (Tashkent) and Mongolia (Ulan-Bator).
You can rent a scooter in any of these cities through the JET app. The rental rules for different cities may differ, so we recommend that you familiarize yourself with them before renting, but in general, if you used similar rentals such as Urent, Whoosh, VOI, Bird, Lime, Bolt or others, the principle of renting will not be much different.

MULTI RENT
Rent an electric scooter for the whole family. To do this, you only need one JET account. You can rent up to 5 scooters with one account. Just open several scooters in sequence by scanning their QR codes.
WAITING AND RESERVATION
Our application has a waiting and booking function. You can book an electric scooter in the app and it will wait for you for 10 minutes for free. During the rental period, you can close the lock and put the scooter in ""standby"" mode, the rental will continue, but the lock will be closed. You can go about your business without worrying about the safety of the scooter.
BONUS ZONES
You can complete the lease in a special green area and get bonuses for it. To receive bonuses, you must make a lease lasting more than 10 minutes.
Rent price:
The rental price may vary in different cities. You can see the current rental price in the application by clicking on the electric scooter icon. You can also buy one of the bonus packages, the higher the value of the bonus package, the larger the amount will be credited to your account as bonuses.
Powerbank station
Is your phone or laptop out of charge? Find a powerbank station on the map in the app and rent it. Just scan the QR code of the station. Charge up - cables are built-in. There are Type-C, micro-USB, and Lightning for iPhone. You can return the charger to any station.

Polnoe govno!
More then 30% of scooters are broken
List of problems for last 10 rides: - 3 scooters turned off in the middle of the ride - 6-7 pieces have problems with breaks - 5 have problems with shock absorbers Recommend you to avoid jet and use pricier alternatives like whoosh (zero problems with scooters). My subscription will be discontinued from now.
Ужасные самокаты
Никому не советую пользоваться этими самокатами, один хуже другого, трещат как будто щас развалятся, скорость не набирают, тормозить за метров 10 надо, потому что тормоза там только для вида. За последние поездок 5 ни одного нормального самоката

Каждый день меняются правила парковки , где можно было вчера сегодня нельзя , а завтра уже снова можно (или нет) Лагает карта Режим компаса запрещён для эпилептиков Часто не даёт завершить аренду по двадцать секунд хотя корнет с интернетом крепкий Кароч Тяп ляп
просто ужас
парковок просто одна на весь город невозможно припарковать там где нужно. из за этого теряется время деньги и настроение. все конкуренты по сравнению с этим дерьмом просто божество
Переходим на желтенькие
Никакого предупреждения что оставить самокаты нельзя в определенном месте. Поездка в кино с мужем испорчена, лишних 20 минут искали парковку. Хотя я не могу столько ездить т.к. в положении. Я была в ярости что не могли оставить самокаты. Деньги с карты списываются успешно и непонятно что делать в такой ситуации. Отвратительно в общем. Считаю это мошенничеством.
Много поломок
Пришлось сразу завершать поездку из-за того, что колесо криво установлено и пришлось сразу завершать поездку. Разберитесь с сервисным центром в Минске. Практически каждый раз с какой-то полоской едешь. 4 из 5 самокатов с поломками. Основные причины - криво стоит руль, криво стоит колесо и не работает звонок. Ну и приложение нормально не может работать, очень много сбоев из-за которых не можешь завершить поездку и деньги продолжают списываться.
Раньше было не плохо, сейчас это ужас конечно…
Такая же была проблема как и у всех с завершением аренды, две последние поездки так было, такой бред, раньше всегда можно было на моем районе везде останавливаться, сейчас пошли приколы, что я искал парковку минут по 20, на карте то у них ничего не написано, и это еще больше бесит, если парковка запрещена, пускай хотя бы их приложение за ранее об этом предупреждает. Но хотя бы фишку одну просек, если у вас не получается завершить в первый раз аренду, просто переводите все свои деньги на другую карту, и проблема естественно пропадает, самокат сам выключается и за нехватки денег, правда потом долг могут накинуть в 1.5р, ну его уже будет не обязательно оплачивать) Аааа, и самое главное забыл сказал, ПОДДЕРЖКА это конечно вообще отдельный разговор, они для меня стали лучшими друзьями, которым можно в любой момент написать( я надеюсь поняли, что это сарказм) а так, приходилось с ними переписываться по часа 3, и конечно же это без результатно, делают тебя всегда виноватым, когда ты прям уже чуть не в лицо суешь все пруфы и доказательство. Короче, поддержка ничем тебе не поможет, даже как все будет на твоей стороны, они все равно сделают тебя виноватым, ничего ты им не докажешь, только свое время потратить…
