I booked a flight from Jetcost few days ago and someone called me few hours later that the flight you booked is not available anymore and we need to upgrade it to a different flight. They wanted to charge me more and give me a different flight. If there’s a flight available on the app and I book it why after few hours I should get a call and asking to pay more and upgrade. This is a total scam. Don’t waste your time and buy your tickets from an accurate website!

I thought if you advertised a rate, that rate should be available to purchase an airline ticket. Have been told multiple times there are only so many low rates available and once they are gone, the higher rate is all that’s available so that current higher price should be the one on your website. Very misleading.

I was asked to provide pictures of my ID and my credit card and they wouldn’t even take the information they need a pictures, and all these requests were made after the money was deducted from my account, I ended up dispute in the transaction and reporting them as fraud, plus all the people that contact you are obviously Indian and they lie about their names and location

Bad experience they didn’t send me booking or receipt that they debit the money from my card . You call them 100 times they don’t respond and when they do they tell you we have issues you will receive them in 20 minutes then they tell you 2 hours and let you at the airport waiting without giving back your money . Here with my daughter stuck. Horrible experience Fraud They stolled my money and said they will make a refund and never returned my money. Do not use the app .
