They apologized and promised that they will improve. After that I chose to go ahead with the verification process, as they put it on hold until I should return to Norway. After asking them what else they needed for verification, they wrote that I had to either upload a copy of my driver's license, passport or a national ID card in addition to a copy of the electricity bill or account statement. Well I thought, I uploaded visible photos of the driver's license with very good quality of the photos and instead of the electricity bill, I uploaded an invoice from Norwegian bank (is one of the largest banks in Norway). surprisingly, all these images were rejected without giving an explanation. This happened many times. After all this, I chose to shut myself completely out of that rubbish company. For me, this company is nothing but pure racist, brain dead and one of the very worst. You will never be able to get them to understand. I'll end here, but would encourage everyone to stay far away from Jeton. They kill your time, drain your energy and trigger huge frustrations. 😔.
