The assistance via whatsapp has been very helpful! All questions answered prior buying the e-sim packs. All very clear. Today I needed some confirmation and had some question about the activated packs gifted to my daughter and again very clear explanations and able to resolve any issue if needed. Thanks Jetpac it makes travelling through Europe so much easier and more enjoyable.

I never review apps but I need to compliment this one. I purchased a very inexpensive data package for my trip to Italy. The esim worked great. What was more impressive was the free lounge access for a flight delay. I was surprised when I automatically received an email with a link to a pass for myself and my travel companion. I received it even before I knew my flight had been delayed. We had access to a beautiful lounge before our flight which made the delay much more pleasant.
The service is barely usable in the UK. I have full bars but might as well be on a dial up connection.
