Had problems accessing the gym on multiple occasions via the digital access, tried closing app, restarting bluetooth and the phone.

Now that I’m required to use this app to enter the gym I’d appreciate if the app remained logged in between uses

They used to use tags which was quick and easy. Now every single time I come to the gym I have to re login to my app as it signs me out every time. I have to do this multiple times before it registers.

This is the worse customer experience i have received for a very long time. After a sudden and uncommunicated switch to access via this app, i have been unable to enter the gym on multiple occasions. There application does not work. The company does not answer the phone but continues to take fees. I will be cancelling my membership now and advise others to avoid this company.

Already tried reinstalling the app but had no luck.

App won’t reset the password so have been locked out of the gym since they removed the swipe key. Going back to Snap

Love the digital access it’s so cool! No more wasteful plastic The work out plans are really hardly for when I have no motivation

I would like a custom version of this app, where we can choose the order of our plan, which exercises and be able to mix it up and do workouts from each plan.

The new door entrance system needs access to your health data. Why does an entry system want access to my health data? Massive privacy over-reach.

Please allow an option to add multiple plan. An option to view equipment for each club and the possibility to create my own plan based on these information inside this app.
