App always has issues
I love the app in theory but I regularly get error messages that they are having trouble accessing their servers - mostly in store! So frustrating
Was frustrated with somethings no longer working as they used to until removed and reinstalled
I have used the app for years. Over the last couple months several things that used to work well no longer do. For example - The list of buy again items won’t load in the app any longer forcing me to either enter items by hand or use the website. I am close to a number of stores. I used to be able to build my cart and the change to a different store. The website still lets me do this but the app does not. The app shows items I’ve added or deleted from my cart on the website but doesn’t show the store change. I really hope these issues are corrected soon. After numerous times reporting this I finally wrote this review. Even though I had previously deleted and reinstalled the app before I followed the developers suggestion and now it seems to resolve the issue
App saves me money!
Jewel Osco always has great sales. The app rewards you with free products and special prices just 4 U on items you frequently buy. Once you accumulate some reward points there is a great selection of free stuff to choose from. In addition, clipping the coupons prior to your shopping trip saves lots of money. Jewel is hard to beat! The only issue, and I’m not sure if it’s an app problem or a store problem is despite clipping the coupons, they sometimes don’t register the discounted price and I have to go to the service desk after paying in order to get the coupon price. That can be a pain in the neck, especially since that happens quite frequently. Despite this one hiccup, Jewel offers the most and best discounts to their customers which is why they are my “go-to” store for all things grocery.

Not sure what's worse: The app's UX or the store's UX

Slow!
The app seems very buggy and when I try to scan something it takes forever to pull up the camera to scan.
