1、生产计划看板
查看各生产车间计划完成情况、计划调整情况。即跟踪计划执行、也监控计划变动。
2、生产进度看板
跟踪生产进度，提供多个管理视角进行跟踪，如生产工单、生产工段、每日计划量等。对于正常进度、异常进度分别给予颜色或文字的预警提醒。
3、生产过程质量看板
展示工序首件检验、末件检验、抽样检验记录是否按照规范及时填报，对严格按规范执行的给予正常的颜色提醒，不符合规范的用其他颜色提醒，实时监控，实时目视化。
4、设备监控看板
对设备加工过程的关键参数进行监控，实时展示设备运行状态（正常、异常、空闲、维修、停机等）。
5、车间运营看板
对车间的各个产线、产线的各个工作中心的可动率、设备稼动率实时展示，正常运行及异常运行的对应不同的颜色。
6、物料配送看板
根据生产计划产生的物料配送需求进行实时跟踪，展示需要什么，需要多少，完成多少，配送地址等作业信息，指导现场人员操作。
