JHCamera

This app used to notify me whenever it detected motion. Nowadays it only gives me an alert of movement when I am using the app - which is a poor substitute. I look in Settings > notifications on iOS and JHCamera is not listed at all, so I can only assume the app needs to be updated to support sending notifications. A fix or any advice would be nice.

Doesn’t work with notification with iPhone, so you have no way of controlling camera... I bought 5 cams, what a waste

Cameras were working fine then both just stopped working. Won’t connect to anything. Tried reaching customer service and their email bounces back. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Suddenly stop playing video footage from memory card

I been using cam for a few days, but I needed to reset my wifi, now is not letting me connect it anymore, any help? I found a way to connected back, make sure camera is connected to a plug, then reset it using the reset hole on the camera, once that happens jhcamera..xxx will show on the wifi section of your phone/tablet, etc choose jhcamera on your wifi and open app, it should give you the options to add device, tap on it and ad wifi manually, choose your wifi and enter your password then hit next, it may take a few attempts before connects to wifi. I hope this helps ...

Can’t recommend. Direct mode doesn’t work - shows no devices even though I’m on that devoce’s Wi-Fi!! No available Wi-Fi networks show when trying to setup manually. Even “contact Us” in app doesn’t work. Totally lame top to bottom. Bought 4 of these, what a waste of $$$ I’m runing 14.0.1 iOS
