Bought a monthly subscribtion, but it still says that im not a member for secpnd day and cant save exclusive content. How do i get back my money, or will it let me use app as a member some time soon?

Taking money from my card and can’t get a person to speak to. I filed a complaint to DOJ and BBS.
Fun, Too Expensive
Super fun, but the monthly is too expensive! Some people can’t pay for the full year at once, and get ripped off in the end.
