This app is where I met my boyfriend, we’ve dated for a year and 7 months now. People on here get to know you before seeing your appearance, that’s a huge benefit with this app. Really great

TLDR: I wasted 3h hours and $50 They changed age range without notifying me. The customer support is slow and unhelpful. They send way too many spam emails.

I hate apps that are using this as a way to get people to download their app. I wanted to go to an event not download a dating app. And if you are going to do this at least be upfront that you have to download an app to get the tickets. First and last event I will be attending. Hate that I wasted my money

I can’t speak for the actual app, but the female attendance for the speed dating events in the city of Columbus, OH is awful. I attended their downtown Coffee Shop Speed Dating event on 23 Nov 2024 and out of about 20 men, only six women showed up. So for about 30-40 minutes, I had to stand/sit around and wait until it was my turn to speak to the next available woman. The host of the event should have had enough integrity to just cancel the event and refund everyone’s money. If the male-to-female is that off, then the event shouldn’t be happening. My advice for people (especially men) in the city of Columbus is to not use this app or pay money to attend any of the jigsaw events.

Support team is really good, you ask them anything they will respond back in a day and have answers for you but there are issues with app and the setup. 1) Dating page of the app is not good at all, it will never refresh its hard to find new people. You have to hide each person and then close the app to see new people. You should make it easy to like or comment and refresh new people. Also I don’t think when you like anyone it’s being showed on there page, it would be great if you can fix all this issues. 2) You need to add ratio of tickets sold, we buy 30$ ticket and in the event you mostly see men, 3-4 girls and 12-15 men so that does not make sense to pay the ticket and not find anyone. If you can add a ration of how many boys and girls are coming then it will help to buy tickets, or this will keep dropping in future specially in places like charlotte where the ratio started going off.

Every time I open the app, it immediately crashes and closes. Can someone look into this? It’s the Discovery icon of the app that continues to crash.

If you live in Las Vegas be prepared to be non existent. They didn’t announce venue until last minute. The event was poorly attended. A singles event that was supposed to be a speed dating event with a 4-1 male/female ratio. Apparently no marketing or planning.

I’m not sure who wrote the FAQs but there is not a clear way to navigate the app. I can’t set search preferences and it is unreasonably difficult to open the profiles of potential matches. And I need a Facebook account to talk to support??

I didn’t like that Jigsaw forced me to download its app to get into an event I had already paid to attend. (I also didn’t like that the event had a 4:1 ratio)

Listen , I never write reviews good or bad. However , I will make an exception today. Avoid this app at all cost. My experience: Background, I am a male in his late 20s living in Seattle. I consider myself fairly attractive and get plenty of matches on other dating apps. For starters I did want to download this app, I wanted to do something different and signed up for a speed dating event. To my surprise I had to download this app to get in. The event went exactly how I thought it was going to go. Demographically speaking there are more males in Seattle then females. Show up to the event and there was 14 guys and 4 girls. All the people at the event were lovely but it was poorly ran , many of the guys left and asked for refunds do to the small turn out. The host while very nice was a scatter brain. Now about the app, in order to start swiping you have to purchase a subscription, that’s right TO START SWIPING. I tried deleting the app and they give you a message to try out jigsaw for free for 3 days. So I decided why not let’s see what this is all about , there like 15 girls that use this app within a 50 miles radius. With that being said I am never downloading this app or going to a live event from them.
