Jigsaw Puzzle: Logic Board

Bring back the ability to buy puzzle packs with tokens! You offer a few, but they are simplistic and boring. I want to be able to choose the packs I like. I hate that this was removed. I also purchased the ad-free version, yet I am still bombarded with the “daily sale” every single time I open or reopen the app to play. Grrr. Otherwise, I love this app, just don’t appreciate the changes. This was my review a few years ago, and it still stands. I have almost 15,000 tokens, yet most of the packs for sale with coins are BORING. Sky, waterfalls, rainbows, animals, I mean come on. Also, the “3-pack” sets are ridiculous. Offer some of the popular packs for tokens once in a while!!

I enjoy Jigsaw Puzzles very much, and is one of my most played apps. However recently have been running across some ads that are taking anywhere from 10 minutes, up to hours or even overnight before I can play again. Currently stuck in the BabyList ad, Clorox Ad & others. Even if you click on the ad, you never get an X-out button to click. This is happening in other apps too. At first I turned my iPhone off then back on. But now when I do that, it reloads the same ad the first time that I have to watch an ad. Please do something to fix this. It has become a hassle & interferes with being able to enjoy playing your game.

I’m “addicted”! I would give 5 stars, but lately, I am unable to drag and place the pieces. There’s a definite lag present. Is it my IPad, or the puzzle???

It is so fun to play and if you do not want to get out a puzzle you can fist play this game. It also has so many different puzzles to do and you can pick how many pieces you want the puzzle to be. Although it has ads it is still so fun to play.

I haven’t missed a day in months and it keeps resetting the puzzle a day for 80 days started me back on day 1. The coins can no longer be used as an option for getting most puzzles. They can only be used for select puzzles that I assume aren’t selling. There are several glitches. The menu bar doesn’t go away and the pieces lock into place all janky.

I’ve been playing for many years & the past few months it’s been so dang frustrating & aggravating with games freezing constantly! Why all of a sudden ? I’m about done & might be deleting soon! Supposed to be relaxing not stressful. I’ve done everything the help site says to do, but sure isn’t working. Do something about this issue!

I enjoyed the puzzles and then the puzzles started locking up. I could not move pieces - could not use my iPad. Ridiculous. If you can’t develop a game that works, don’t bother!!!

I’ve been using this puzzle app for years and had never had a problem with the amount of ads. They were reasonable at every 10% of the puzzle completed or when starting/finishing a puzzle. The new thing in the last few weeks is an ad popping up literally every 20 seconds and will do it again and again until I give up and close the app because it’s impossible to make any progress. It will be the same ad for, say, Jeep or McDonalds, over and over and OVER again every 20 seconds (I timed it) until I give up. This is INSANE. Is this going to be the new ad structure for this app? There’s no way to work on a puzzle with this many ads overriding play. Adding 5/23/24. This problem was resolved for a while but after the most recent update is happening again. A 30 second McDonalds ad every 15 seconds??? Literally. I’m about to delete this app. Enough already!

Please stop with the McDonald’s ad. It pops up constantly. I purchased puzzle packs. I won’t and will move on if this continues. I don’t mind the ads at the bottom, or the coin ad that pops up. But this ad is huge and pops up every 3 mins often. I use this game to relax but that ad glitch is annoying. Will move on to another app if I have to. It’s unfortunate because I wanted to purchase more packs.

Update: I have removed this app because I started having attempts to access my information by going to a website in safari. In the past week it happened multiple times and my malware identified it as a threat. Definitely not worth it. ………………………………….. Original review: I love this app. The puzzles are a blast. HOWEVER, after playing for a little while, the pieces start freezing and I can’t move anything for 10 or 20 seconds at a time. Very frustrating. My iPad was bought at Christmas 2023, so it can’t be too old for the game. And even if I force close all apps, and turn off iPad, the problem continues. Puzzles are supposed to be relaxing. This frustrates the heck out of me. I don’t want to delete the app, but if it won’t work right, why would I keep it, let alone pay for it?!
