Jigsaw Puzzles Explorer

I am having a lot of trouble with one of your puzzles. It keeps going off every time I turn it on. It very upsetting because that is one of my Favourite puzzle. The puzzle I am talking about is the Jigsaw Puzzle Explorer: HD Zen Puzzle Games for Adults. So I hope you can figure it out soon. Sincerely Yours, Angel Lego. I really do love doing all of the puzzles in this app, I don’t want to close the app down and lose everything because I have been playing for awhile. So, if you could fix these problems that would be so awesome.

This app only works for so long then it won’t load causing having to delete and re load losing all my coins and progress Are you ever going to fix the bugs. Deleting again and not reloading again, sorry to see you go but the frustration is real.

Fun game but the constant blinking ad that pops up is very distracting!!!!

I have had to delete it twice and redownload it. Lost everything each time. Please send fix for it.

I enjoyed this app when first downloaded but now it keep crashing and I’m having to reinstall and I continue to lose all of my coins.

This puzzle app is a great one. Recommended.

Wondering why the developers do not fix the problem of the app permanently crashing after solving numerous puzzles (previous review below). This has happened to several reviewers for a long time. I have a lot of coins saved up and quite a few saved puzzles ready to be solved so I’d hate to delete and reinstall the app and lose everything. I did this once before and it was like starting completely over. I use an iPad Pro 12.9” for this game and also another similar jigsaw puzzle app, which works perfectly. Please fix this problem and also respond to this request so I know my comments are even being read. Thank you. Previous review: I like this app in general. However, I finished numerous puzzles but today it won’t open. Just crashes each time. I don’t want to delete and reload it again because then I’ll have lost my personal collection of new puzzles, finished puzzles and coins. I see from other reviews that this is an ongoing problem. Please fix this. Also, my previous review was taken down for no good reason. I had asked if the developers could increase the zoom capability of the 400 piece puzzles. The pieces, when placed on the main area, are rather small and hard to see when trying to assemble puzzles on my iPad 12.9 inch screen (and I have good vision). With other very similar jigsaw apps you can enlarge the main jigsaw area as much as you like, which is a great feature. The unused pieces at the bottom are plenty big so those don’t need enlarging. Do the developers ever respond to reviews? It would be nice to get some feedback.

Love this app when it’s working but very frustrating when it won’t open.
