Doesn’t sync between my iPad and iPhone - I have different amounts of coins and different levels on each device even though I’ve logged in with Facebook. Also, some achievements are buggy and I’m not being properly credited working towards the goals - Puzzle Beginner stopped counting at 75 matches; Dedicated Player stopped counting at 7 times in a day; Prize Receiver and Puzzle Lover also have stopped counting.
It CRASHES constantly! I’ve paid for this app TWICE and I’d like my money back. A minimum of 2-5 pieces simply disappear during play causing the entire puzzle to freeze. There’s a sweep clean feature that works about 50% of the time (plus you have to shut it down, clear it from your phone, open it back up and hope it works). Several of the puzzles I’ve earned NEVER work again. I’ve lost thousands of coins and multiple tickets and had to start from scratch 3 times (during my second purchase of the app it switched back to my original app and I lost tons of puzzles, coins, tickets), all the while losing everything I’ve done and earned each time, not to mention the money I’ve spent just to use the app. PLUS, when you read the troubleshooting FAQ they make it sound like the problem is YOU!! LOL! What a bold-faced lie - it’s the crappy app NOT the user. This seems criminal to me.

I’ve played this game for years. Done hundreds of puzzles easily. But lately it’s been crap. 15 puzzle pieces to download the 4 puzzles.. yeah they never download. I spent over 7,000 coins for a puzzle pack. Took the coins but gave no puzzles. My previously finished puzzles done even show up like they used to. Bummer I’ll have to find a better app because this used to be the best.
We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but we still can’t play. It keeps saying player not found, player busy, whatever. So disappointing!
It’s so cool and so cool I love it
It glitches out when I challenge my friends to a puzzle(I don’t see the pieces). I can only play with friends if they invite me first (better than nothing!). You are unable to edit simultaneously with your partner aka work on it together. You are both completing the same puzzle separately and it’s in a competitive style. That being said, I really enjoy this app! The fact that I don’t have to spend real money to get perks and just watch adds is a major plus +++.
I love the app. I wish it didn’t glitch As much as it does. Customer service responds but there hasn’t been an solution. Still play but gets annoying to get half way through a puzzle and the can’t finish it.
This app takes over the speaker. I saw no option to disable the music. I could not play while listening to my audiobook.
I love having goals to work toward daily and beyond. The only complaint I’d if your a monthly vip paying member why in the world put a limit on any pictures at all? Shouldn’t they all be free or available during that time? Especially if working on the goals....
