Bad customer service.. Nigerians don’t know how to communicate .. Bad English pronunciation

Money already taken but declined my ad

I still couldn’t figure out the customer service number or email ,I don’t live in Ghana and not having an active Ghana telephone number to connect.

Madam Gifty told me that I could delete the account if I didn't forget the password so that I gain all my ads back but after deleting the account and singing in again all my ads are not showing again.

After the update on the app I can’t open some messages and I’m losing customers

I like Jiji but why do I have to wait for days before you can publish my ad after I pay for it,I think this needs to be fixed and it wastes sellers time to wait for a longer period before my paid ad is published,by the time you publish it I might have already sold the item.

They are the best business platform

Jiji Ghana you have to introduce Dark Mode on your iOS platform like you did on your android app, also you should bring Block option so annoying customers can be blocked
