Every single time I move or get different internet we start by hard resetting EVERYTHING!! Of course there is log in and log out. However when logging in You have to start from square one. This camera set up is GHETTO

Could not be easier to setup or use. Lots of really nice features. Liked it so much after setting up first pair of plugs, that I immediately ordered several more sets. Countdown timer is very handy; use it all the time. With scenes, groups and schedules you can get creative and handle pretty much any scenario imaginable.

This app used to work great and I was able to set timers (multiple) on all my outlets. I used them for years and it was great. This recent update has made it impossible for me to use any timer function on most of them. All I get is a timer countdown. Why would you ruin a perfectly good app and make my outlets unusable??? I can’t even change the old timers so now have outlets that are useless. So angry about this!!! Make it like it used to be! I don’t want a shutoff timer, I need to be able to schedule them like you used to be able to.

I can’t schedule a time to turn on and off during a particular time of the day. I used to be able to do it. Now I can only schedule the countdown timer. What has changed in the app?

This is such a not smart move. Why would anyone decrease the function of an app in this way. Please fire the person who did this.

Like others have stated, where did the schedule go. All i get is a countdown timer.

Can not get it to reconnect with Alexa

My schedule vanished. I can no longer set on and off times for my lights. I have submitted feedback on several occasions with no response. I even went to their website and emailed them. No response. My lights are now on 24/7. I’m going to buy new plugs and use a totally different app as this one no longer works and customer service is non existent

Previous version of app allowed you to schedule on and off times for smart plug. Worked great for holiday lights and other items you wanted to turn on at dusk. For some reason this was removed from app and only left a timer function. Want schedule option back

This app worked fantastically for several years. Today I went to the app to reset a light schedule and all are gone. All I get under schedule is a countdown schedule. What the heck happened? It took me a long time to set up all of my plugs and the schedules are all gone.
