Doesn’t work at all.
I used this app only when I am outside and have to check some status. I just couldn’t open connection to my corporate Jira server at all.

Works as expected
I was sceptical after seeing bad reviews but no issues soo far, also they added dark theme as well
Not able to use the app
When I enter the company url it just says unspecified error occurred. That’s it
Loading issue
Taking more time to load app after connecting to server from now 10-15 min still loading not able to process further please fix this issue soon.
Good but jira service desk feature is not available
Please include jira service desk portal and visibility of queues in this app also.
Good but need more features
No filter for issues No dark mode 😑😑
Awesome app but very slow
If I am to compare, the app takes 10x more time to load the Jira ticket than on web. Also, clickable links are not opened automatically by the Application. We need to manually type in the Jira ID.
Certificates
My company uses client certificates to authenticate the user, however when I enter the url of the Jira I get “ No valid client certificate found in the request. No valid certificates found in the user's certificate store. Please try again choosing a different authentication method.”, However when logging in from the browser it works fine, allowing me to chose the certificate. Please fix this
Clean UI, responsive and accessible app
I like how it is simple to use compared to a web version. Also it works well with assistive technologies whic is a big plus for me.
You’ve been logged out
App is not useful at all! What’s the point of using it to get notifications on tickets if it keeps logging you out so you don’t get notified? What’s the point of enhanced phone security if you don’t make use of it and I have to re-type my credentials every time? Such a pain. I have to simplify my password and make my account less secure just so I can use this app.
