This app is not it, they only drop routes from 12-3pm from what I seen it’s 5 routes per drop. Then you have to wait to 4:45pm to book any of the routes for yourself, which unfortunately by that time all the drivers in the area is waiting too. So booking comes up, you’ll press “book” and you an error saying route already taking while your booking. I’ll say use another app, it’s not worth sitting and waiting till 4:45pm to fight over 5 routes, with all the drivers in your area . And from what I’ve seen it’s like 18-22 stops for 80 dollars 😬😬 half of that will be in your gas tank. This is in va Hampton roads.

Driver beware, Jitsu will now take routes from drivers unexpectedly without any recourse! I had two routes "reserved" to only be given to another driver that was closer to pickup! When asked why, this is what they had to say: Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Our ticket allocation is meticulously tailored to accommodate the projected demand from our esteemed clientele. Regrettably, despite our thorough preparations, we encountered a deviation from the anticipated volume, precipitating the cancellation of select tickets. This unforeseen circumstance arose due to a lower-than-expected influx of demand, consequently leaving us with surplus tickets for which there are presently no designated routes. We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we are actively engaged in collaborating with our esteemed partners to mitigate any potential disruptions to our drivers' operations. Your understanding and patience during this period of adjustment are greatly appreciated as we strive to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Team Jitsu To other drivers alike or new ones thinking of joining, find another app to drive for. Jitsu doesn't honor reserved routes! Complete joke if you ask me!

I use to drive for Jitsu, now I’m an Amazon driver flex and honesty I can see how much this company is underpaying you! For heavy boxes and the deliveries being payed 50 for 3 hours, it’s literally 16 an hour or less. Plus taking off 5 dollars off after getting payed. Literal scam. Do not waste your time in working for a company that couldn’t care for the amount they pay you.
Worst gig ever
Bad management, the rate is veryyy low, u can’t believe how it’s low and the boxes are heavy ( I don’t mind if they are heavy, but I got paid fairly),and if u have a small car forget it, boxes can’t fit… comparing to other gigs, it’s far away from other gig, I don’t advice any one do it,
Great gig if you have nothing to do
You will get a lot of trips and routes but they takes too long time to complete and pay very very low. USD 3- usd 4 per route (if you are lucky) .

Worst company ever
Don’t waste your time. It’s a scam , you drive over 100 miles for less than $100. Manager have their favorite people. Managers also smoke weed inside the warehouse. Some worker pay the manager so they can have routes . Worst place to work. Save your time . Stuff in the warehouse are rude and don’t help at all. This warehouse is located in Nj .

I love the way it routed me in the shortest possible route.
Getting worse
Routes are rare throughout the week. The lowest they use to pay was 55 a route for about 21 stops. Now its 45 a route for 23 stops. Routes will randomly disappear after youve claimed one. They want u to bring packages back but they wont pay you for the extra miles. They have immigrants working so it makes this app very saturated. Thats what happens when u sell out.
