Jiu Jitsu Five-O Reviews

Overpriced!

$29.99 a month!? Most expensive app I’ve ever downloaded. That is especially steep for this apps’ target audience who often make too little and live pay check to pay check. This combined with a membership at an actual BJJ school drains what little money we have left. Cool concept but what a money grab.

Awesome value

Keksoccer on

App has so many helpful videos for BJJ that are simple but effective! The workouts are great and really go help build strength and mobility for BJJ, lots of teammates comment on my improvements! The meal options are great too! Different ideas for almost any diet type and nothing is overly complicated or time consuming!

The whole thing is behind a pay wall

I don’t know how the pro version is, but the free version has literally nothing. Every technique, workout, and meal plan I looked at was behind a pay wall.

Awesome App for LEOs that train Jiujitsu

The Jiu-jitsu Five-O app is awesome! Lots of great content especially for law enforcement officers. It’s super easy to use and Jay is an awesome teacher. Highly recommend. Rob Magao, second-degree BJJ black belt under Pedro Sauer and host of The Code Podcast. Owner Manchester BJJ (CT).
