I have already purchased this app for year and paid for it via credit card. Infortunately I removed the app. I wanted download it again but it keeps on telling asking regarding my account. Can someone help me here…

A lot of other apps I tried, I wont name them, are a bit wonky or have a very disorganised interface. With the roadmap it makes it easy for me to set goals, and the questions and review materials make it easy for me to check myself. Not to mention the settings that let you train your timing optionally. There’s a lot of material even without the premium, but because it is already feeling so natural, it makes me want the premium tbh. (Maybe if I had money lol. Im broke) I expect to use this as I continue to aim to improve my skills. Thank you so much for this app!!
What I really like is that they provide quick service if you have any question or wanted to have extra premium access into another account. They have great customer support. Great app content. I will definitely tell my friend to install this app 100% recommended.
Very nice app, especially for practicing for the JLPT exams. Overall, it's very convenient to use and very useful. But I believe the vocabulary recognition in sentences can be improved. Right now, while the highlighting of available vocabulary in the sentences is good, sometimes the highlighting is awkward. For example, in 「あの犬は白くて柔らかいです。」, the highlighted word when pressed is 白く, sometimes 白くて. But the word should have been the base form 白い. Also, if possible, words written in full kana, especially in N5 and N4 questions, must also be highlighted so that the user can immediately see the meaning of that word.
Error says I have exceeded the number of device. Help me fix this. I only have one device, an Iphone7+, I’m subscribed for a year but the app is not fully functioning. I was hoping an update can fix this but until now I’m still having issues using the paid version.
First try to take exam in your app and I already saw a mistake. A Kanji referring for the first day of the month and I already knew the answer is, that is TSUITACHI, buuuuuut your app selected ICHINICHI. I don’t know if it is an error or my mistake. I will change my review why ichinichi? And I stand my answer.
Is there other way to pay without using credit card and like? e.g. over the counter payment
I bought this last year and I happier with the system improvements. It feels like a premium app now.
